Location is central to Nerrative's functionality. We use your location to:

• Display points of interest near you

• Provide turn-by-turn navigation on tours
• Auto-play stories when you arrive at locations (optional feature)
• Track which cities and places you've visited

Your Control: You can disable location services in your device settings at any time. However, this will limit core App functionality.

Background Location: If you enable background location for auto-play features, the App may access your location when not actively in use. You can disable this in your device settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Cloud Storage: Account data and preferences are stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest
• Authentication: We use Supabase Auth with secure token-based authentication
• Offline Data: Downloaded content is stored locally on your device
• Transmission: All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption
• Analytics Storage: Anonymous analytics are stored on our own servers, not shared with third parties

While we implement appropriate security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
